The joint venture currently has 6 Japanese technical experts and senior management personnel and 30 senior Chinese management personnel.
At present, the company has more than 80 sets of equipments such as internal mixer, open mill,cold feeding calender, flat vulcanizing machine, constant tension making-up machine and flat bed press. Among them, the key production equipments include F270 internal mixer, S-type four-roller calender, German imported cold feeding extruder, constant tension automatic correction machine, edge-rubber extruder, flat vulcanizing machine for fabric and steel cord conveyor belt. The testing equipment has advanced multi-functional electronic tensile testing machine, vulcanizing instrument,rotorless rheometer made by Toyoseiki, curing rheometer, dynamic fatigue testing machine made by Gotech, Mooney viscometer, roller friction testing machine and so on.
